At Productivity Partners our aim is to provide interim management executive skills at senior management level in order to help an organisation manage change, transition or crisis. We are required to hit the ground running and are normally assigned on a short or medium-term, requirement specific basis.
During periods of rapid change and uncertainty, additional management expertise for short periods of time is becoming increasingly popular, and interim management is now an established and accepted alternative to more traditional forms of resourcing.
We are there not just to give advice and guidance, but also to provide the 'hands on' implementation skills necessary to achieve an organisation's objectives. We are able to take on a wide breadth of roles such as function head, project director or improvement champion, or can resource an effective interim management team offering a wide combination of business critical performance improvement skills.
Most interim managers are over-qualified for their jobs! This is quite deliberate and enables us to become effective immediately upon joining an organisation with little or no learning curve.
